What happens when you move a user to another team
In Pega Workforce Intelligence™, you can move associates (employees) from one team to another to reflect changes in an organization. Here is an example of how these types of organizational changes are reported:
User 1 is part of Team A. The system captures data for User 1 under Team A for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. On Thursday, you submit a request to move User 1 to Team B.
On Thursday evening, the Workforce Intelligence support team updates the hierarchy.
If Workforce Intelligence is automatically determining shifts, when you view the data on Friday, you see that the Thursday data for User 1 is listed under Team B.
After the week ends, the data from Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday for User1 is listed under Team A. For Thursday, and Friday, the data for User 1 is listed under Team B.
