Pega0045 alert: A new request submitted for page without using the existing one

The PEGA0045 alert is triggered when application code sends requests to load the specified page, but the loaded page is not used. Remove the unused PageCopy operation to eliminate wasted processing time.

Example message text

A new request submitted for page [page name] without using the existing one for data page having insKey=[pzInsKey]

The log displays the step where the condition occurred, the page name, and the pzInsKey identifier, for example:

A new request submitted for page HE5F90243F941C01234E3769B4F1A85D1_Declare_AppExplorerData without using the existing one for data page having inskey=RULE-DECLARE-PAGES DECLARE_APPEXPLORERDATA #2030328T1775544.629 GMT

Next steps

Too many submitChanges requests have been sent without the system using the findPage request. The system identifies the code where the condition occurred. Locate the code and make any changes necessary to eliminate the unused PageCopy operation. The code should not submit a request for loading a page unless it uses the loaded page.
