Pega0052 alert: Wait time exceeded for the page ADP to load asynchronously

The Pega0052 alert identifies issues in asynchronous data page processing. The alert displays the wait time for the asynchronous load request.

Example message text

The log displays the step where the condition occurred as well as the requested page.

"Waited [n] ms for the page [page name] to load asynchronously, it has still not loaded. Proceeding to load synchronously."

Reason for the alert

When a findPage request for a data page is received, the system checks whether the requested data page was previously loaded by an internal Async service. If the Async service request processing exceeds 60 seconds, the alert is triggered and the requested data page is loaded synchronously in the current thread.

Next steps

Modify the logic that loads the data page to optimize the execution time of the data source configured in the data page being loaded asynchronously. Alternatively, provide sufficient time between the ADP queue request and the respective findPage call.
