PEGA0065 alert: Adaptive Decision Manager set response time above threshold (include payload size)
The PEGA0065 alert is triggered when sending the response to the Adaptive Decision Manager (ADM) exceeds the specified threshold. This issue affects the latency of the decision response execution.
Example message text
Action Synchronously uploading one response to ADM Server took <observed value> ms, so failed alert threshold of <threshold> ms. Payload size was: <payload size> bytes
The following variables are in the message text:
- <observed value> is the actual ADM response time.
- <threshold> is the ADM response time threshold in milliseconds. The default threshold value is 5000 and can be set in the alerts/admSendResponseTimeThreshold Dynamic System Settings.
- <payload size> is the approximate amount of data sent to the ADM.
To troubleshoot this alert, you must review the amount of data that is sent back to Adaptive Decision Manager (ADM) and inspect the load of the ADM server. Review the data flow that is used to write data into the pxAdaptiveAnalytics data set and check the connection with the ADM server.
