PEGA0121: Email listener connection issue

Pega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud™ (PDC) generates the PEGA0121 alert when the email listener is unable to connect to the email server.

  • Check your email listener configuration to determine which email account your email listener is monitoring. Open the email account and make sure that the Receiver configuration is correct. 
  • Review the exception stack trace provided in the alert details to help understand the problem.
