Problems with opening a project

When you try to open a project in the Predictive Analytics Director portal, a review screen is displayed.

Cause

The project was not closed by some other user. For example, a connectivity issue might have prevented the user from finishing the model development.

Solution

  1. In the review screen, click Action and select an option to resume the project. Depending on the problem, different options can be available.

    In this example, some other user was at the Model Export step in the PAD portal and did not close the project. You can resume the Model Export step by clicking Actions > ModelExport.

  2. If step 1 does not solve the problem, reset the project in the Predictive Analytics Director portal.
