Reaching a maximum level of login sessions
When Pega® Platform is deployed in the Pega Cloud environment, you might not be able to log in if the maximum number of user logins has been reached.
The following HTTP 403 error message is displayed:
You are unable to log in because the maximum number of user logins has been reached. Please try again later.
When the number of logged-in users has exceeded the supported capacity of the Pega Cloud sandbox, it blocks any new sessions. To resolve this error, you can wait until the number of active sessions decreases, or contact Pega Cloud Support to increase the capacity of the Pega Cloud sandbox.
