Reviewing usage report statistics

Updated on August 31, 2020

Analyze report definition usage and performance in the current application to determine which reports users do not use, and then remove these reports to maintain only the required reports.

By default, Pega provides several usage reports, but you can also create custom reports. For more information, see Creating usage reports.

  1. In the header of Dev Studio, click ConfigureReportingReport Usage.
  2. In the Name column, click the report that you want to run.
  3. Click ActionsRun.
Result: A window displays the results in the Report Viewer.
  • Creating usage reports

Gain insight into the usage and performance statistics of your application reports by creating custom usage reports. For example, you can create a report that displays a list of errors that you can use to identify issues with your application, and ease the troubleshooting process.

  • Customizing usage reports

Display data in a clear and organized way by managing the appearance and content of usage reports. For example, you can edit the columns of a report to present the data as charts.
