ROBO0001 alert: Robot has lost connectivity

This alert is triggered when a robot stops communicating with the Robot Manager server.

Reason for the alert

Robot Runtime stopped sending heartbeat messages to Robot Manager. This issue might be the result of a network failure or a Robot Runtime crash.

Perform any of the following actions to address the issue:

  • Investigate robot logs for an indication of the root cause of the issue.
