ROBO0004 alert: Robot exceeded last expected automation time
For every work queue, you can define the maximum time to wait for automation tasks to be completed.
Reason for the alert
Each task in a work queue is expected to be completed within a specific time period; otherwise, Robot Manager triggers an alert.
Example message text
Robot <RobotID> exceeded last expected automation time by <ExecutionTime>%.
To address the issue, perform any of the following actions:
- Investigate the robot that exceeded the completion threshold for any issues. That robot might need administrative attention, depending on the types of issues that you discover.
- If needed, adjust the assignment completion time. For more information, see Configuring assignment types.
- Check the robot logs to determine whether the robot was unable to access the application or received incorrect data.
