ROBO0009 alert: Cannot execute the scheduled action as the Robotic Processing Automation service is down for robots

Disruptions in the Pega Robotic Process Automation™ (RPA) scheduling service affect robots that operate on a schedule by rendering them unable to complete assignments that are in progress.

Reason for the alert

The alarm is triggered when the RPA scheduling service stops communicating with Robot Manager.

Cannot execute the scheduled action as RPA service is down for robot(s) <RobotList>.


Perform the following actions to address the issue:

  1. Check the RPA Service logs to verify whether the service was turned off or your network has connectivity issues.
  2. Depending on the type of robotic automation assignment that failed to be completed, you might need to perform administrative actions to advance the assignment to completion. For more information, see Managing work groups and assignments.
