SECU0006 alert: Attempt to attack a user session has been blocked

The SECU0006 alert occurs when an attempt to attack a user session has been blocked. This alert is triggered when:

  • Excessive login attempts are made, this could mean that the system is under a brute force attack or that the user forgot his or her password.
  • An attempt was made to terminate a session by someone who is not the owner of the session.

PRPC detected excessive failed login attempts for the user:XXXX from IP:192.168.100.100. Brute force attack prevention measures were invoked.
