Authentication profiles

Updated on July 1, 2021

Create an authentication profile to move messages securely to and from your application with a variety of connector and server rules.

You can specify authentication profile data instances on the Service tab of Connect CMIS, Connect dotNet, Connect HTTP, Connect JMS, Connect REST, Connect SAP, and Connect SOAP rules and the Environment tab of FTP Server rules.

Note: Amazon Web Services authentication profiles and Microsoft Azure authentication profiles are supported only by Amazon S3 and Azure BLOB storage repositories; these authentication profiles are not supported in connectors.

Use the Records Explorer to list the authentication profile data instances in your system.

The Data-Admin-Security-AuthenticationProfile class contains authentication profile data instances.
