Viewing details for a listener

Updated on April 5, 2022

You can view more details about any listener across the cluster, such as listener name, class, and ID, the number of requests and errors that occurred, the state and status of a listener, the node on which a listener is running, and the time when a listener was started.

To access the Listener Management landing page, view the list of listeners, and view more details about a listener, you must have the PegaRULES:SysOpsObserver role. To perform all available actions on listeners, for example, to start or stop a listener, you must also have the PegaRULES:SysOpsAdministrator role.

  1. In the navigation pane of Admin Studio, click ResourcesListeners.
  2. Select a node from the list at the top left corner of the page to manage listeners in the cluster (all nodes) or on a specific node (either the current node or a remote node).
  3. Optional: Filter the list of listeners.
  4. In the Actions column, click the Actions link that corresponds to the listener for which you want to view the details, and then select View more details.
