Disabling the list of recent items

You can disable document tracking by the Recent List gadget ( PegaGadget-RecentList ) to reduce the overhead for large applications that generate the recent list for the Recent Explorer. After you disable document tracking, the Recent Explorer will be empty.

  1. In the Operator menu, click Access group.

  2. In the Available roles section, click the Open icon next to the role for which you want to disable the listing of recent items.

  3. In the Access Class column, click System-User-Recents.

  4. In the Privileges section, enter 0 (zero) in the Level field for the pxUpdateRecents privilege.

  5. Click Submit.
