Show them, don’t just tell them with Co-Browse Scribble (8.1)

Updated on May 3, 2021

It is said that a picture is worth a thousand words. So being able to easily show your customers how to do something rather than tell them could be worth a thousand more. Because your agents cannot literally stand behind your customers to show them how to do something, give them the best tool to securely resolve their self-service issues: Pega Co-Browse.

Co-Browse just got better with Scribble, a new feature that lets your agents use free-form pencils and shapes to annotate and highlight directly on your customer’s screen to show exactly what actions your customer needs to take to complete their task. You can even add temporary text to add a personal touch to each specific Scribble interaction.

Not only does Co-Browse make it faster and easier for your agents to help your customers, it also gives insight into the areas of your self-service offering that generate the most service requests, highlighting opportunities for possible future improvement.

With Co-Browse,  you can easily mask sensitive data to protect your customers’ privacy, and because it is device- and operating system-agnostic there’s no need to worry about compatibility or security issues.  For your customers, it’s a single click to get started: no need to download or install special software. Easy, collaborative, and secure.

For more information, see the Pega Co-Browse 8.1 Implementation Guide on the Pega Co-Browse product page.
