Broaden your selection of topic detection models by connecting to third-party services (8.5)

Updated on May 3, 2021

Expand your selection of topic detection models in Prediction Studio by connecting to models hosted by external, third-party services. You can then deploy the models in various channels, such as a chatbot channel, to efficiently analyze messages from your customers and then route the messages to the corresponding customer service consultant.

Pega Platform 8.5 provides two options for connecting to external topic detection models: through an API or by connecting to Google's machine learning service, Cloud AutoML.
