Build a chatbot and email bot in App Studio more easily (8.5)

Pega Platform makes building Pega Intelligent Virtual Assistant™ (IVA) and Pega Email Bot™ easier and more intuitive since you now only need to work in App Studio. As a result, you save time during the design stage of your chatbot and email bot so that users can more quickly access your application to solve their problems. You can now access the advanced text analyzer configuration in App Studio for an IVA or Email channel. In addition, if you have access to Dev Studio, you can edit the text analyzer rule while working on your chatbot or email bot in App Studio by clicking a link to temporarily open the settings in Dev Studio.

The following figure shows the text analyzer configuration for the Web Chatbot channel in App Studio. From there, you can enable the advanced text analyzer configuration and edit the text analyzer rule directly from Dev Studio by clicking a link:
