Configuring the Pega Robot Manager host server and authentication profile 8.2

Configure the location of the Pega Robot Manager host server and the authentication profile to use when connected from a Pega development server.

  1. From the Records explorer, click SysAdmin > Dynamic System Settings.
  2. Search for the pegarobotics/AutomationPackageImportProfile setting.
  3. In the Value field, enter the name of the authentication profile that the REST connector uses to connect to the REST service hosted in the Pega Robot Manager instance.

    The authentication profile must have the credentials of a user that can log in to your Pega Robot Manager instance and also have the AutomationPackageManagement:Admin user role.

  4. Click Save.
  5. Search for the pegarobotics/RobotManagerHostDomain setting.
  6. In the Value field, enter the domain details and the HTTP scheme of the Pega Robot Manager host server, for example, https://localhost:8443.
  7. Click Save.
