Modifying an opportunity workflow

Pega Customer Service provides the following properties that help a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to set values during an opportunity workflow.

  • NextActionRequired
  • InterestLevel
  • SalesCycleStage

The NextActionRequired property holds the options available for the next actions during an opportunity workflow. To modify this property, complete the following steps:

  1. Log in to Designer Studio.
  2. In the search field, enter NextActionRequired, and then click the Search icon.
  3. On the General tab, add, delete, or modify the standard values (for example, offer) and prompt values (for example, ExclusiveOffer).
  4. Save the changes.

The InterestLevel property determines the customer interest level in an opportunity. To modify this property, complete the following steps:

  1. Log in to Designer Studio.
  2. In the search field, enter InterestLevel, and then click the Search icon.
  3. On the General tab, add, delete, or modify the existing standard values (for example, low) and prompt values (for example, Remind after one month).
  4. Save the changes.

The SalesCycleStage property holds the options available for a CSR to set the stage of a sales cycle during an opportunity workflow. To modify this property, complete the following steps:

  1. Log in to Designer Studio.
  2. In the search field, enter SalesCycleStage, and then click the Search icon.
  3. On the General tab, add, delete, or modify the existing standard values (for example, Build relation) and prompt values (for example, Negotiate).
  4. Save the changes.
