Optimizing the CAParentID property
This step is required only when upgrading to Pega Customer Service from Customer Process Manager (CPM) 6.2 or prior versions.
The property CAParentID can be optimized for reporting by doing the following steps:
- Log in to the system:
- User: CASysAdmin
- Password: install
- In the Application Explorer, under PegaCA-Work, expand .
- Right-click the property CAParentID and select Optimize for Reporting from the menu.
