Updating from the Analytics tab to the Report Browser
This article applies to users upgrading to Pega Customer Service (formerly Customer Process Manager, or CPM) 6.3 and newer versions, and is only applicable to the legacy CSR Portal.
Starting in Pega Customer Service (CPM) 6.3, the Analytics tab in user portals has been replaced with the Pega 7 Platform Report Browser. To instead use the Analytics tab in the CSR portal, do the following steps:

The Customer Service Interaction Portal 7.1.3 and newer versions only support the Report Browser. Updating the setting listed above does not change this behavior in the Interaction Portal.
