Innovation Sprint Workshop

Our Innovation Sprint Workshops use design thinking to actively guide project teams of up to 10 people step-by-step through real innovation projects enabling them to deepen their innovation skills, embed new ways of working, and create solutions that have real value.

Teams will have the opportunity to:

• Collaborate across remote teams in an intuitive environment created expressly for innovation projects
• Create tangible output, get fast feedback, and gain early buy-in to new ideas and prototypes
• Build lasting design thinking skills and confidence through multiple cycles of practice

• Design thinking certification for up to 10 team members
• Prioritized innovation use cases and roadmap
• Framework of estimated costs and benefits (ROI)
• Clickable prototype to secure stakeholder buy-in
