Key Features

  • Creation of a quality incident: Support for multichannel modes of incident submission online entry (mobile compatible).
  • Configurable ranking and routing rules for incident triage: Natural language processing (NLP) of incident description helps AI learn and route the incident for resolution.
  • Root cause analysis: Integrate Outlook scheduling and collaboration features bring cross-functional stakeholders together. Guided and intuitive user interfaces for configurable techniques are used for root cases analysis (CARS, 5M, Fish-Bone, 8P, and 8D), quick capture, and recording of test results and analysis.
  • Analytics: Provide recommendations to the user on top of root causes based on historical data using Pega decisioning.
  • Action planning: Create and track the plan of action with SLs to resolve the non-conformance via PDCA and non-PDCA methodologies. Auditability of the incident closure ensures quality measures are in place to prevent an incident from happening again in the manufacturing process.
  • Reporting and dashboards: Measure and track incident analysis and resolution for improvement strategies.
