Overview
Auto-create cases and assign them to the correct stage/assignment - all with TCS Pega MyGr8 Case Data, a generic in-flight case migration utility built on the Pega PlatformTM. Using account- and application-specific configurations, the utility imports data from CSV or database dumps into open cases in Pega. Furthermore, the tool auto-configures required properties imported from the legacy application. Compatible with both on-prem and cloud versions of Pega, this utility will substantially save effort and reduce errors for business operations teams.
