About the role
Practice Managers make sure that Citizen Developers have what they need to be successful. When onboarding a new Citizen Developer, the Practice Manager ensures that proposed applications are a good fit for the program - that they are not too complex or critical, and that they do not address a problem that has already been solved.
They also serve as advocates for Citizen Developers, recommending the creation of shared components and integrations for use in citizen-developed apps as common needs arise.
