Enabling subject analysis of content during email triage

To quickly detect entities and topics in an email, enable the automatic subject analysis of content in received email messages during email triage. This allows the system to quickly detect entities and topics not only in the contents of email messages and its attached files but also in the subject field.

With subject analysis, the entire email is analyzed for topics and entities, including the subject field, salutation and signature.

  1. Open an Email channel interface. For more information, see Configuring the Email channel.
  2. Click the Configuration tab.
  3. In the Additional settings section, select the Enable subject analysis check box.
  4. Click Save.
