Purpose

Create Campaigns to send Offers to customers via scheduled runs, respond to triggered events, and furnish content to web containers. Use Campaigns to specify the audience, marketing strategy, engagement, and constraint for your intended Offer delivery.

Access

Use the Campaigns landing page to view the Multi-Channel and Self-Optimizing Campaigns in your system. This landing page is accessible via the Campaigns link in the Pega Marketing portal's left navigation.

Database table

Campaign work objects are instances of the PegaMKT-Work-Program class. They are stored in the mkt_work database table.
