Removes a set applications identified on a list by means of application URL addresses.
onListChanged handler is called once, immediately after this
call, and it returns a new, shortened list of applications. The removal process is not
reported in any way. Removing an application may be immediately followed by a request to add
it again (the operations will not collide).
