Opens a URL address in a pop-up WebView or in an external browser, depending on configuration settings.
This method replaces the JavaScript window.open
method. The behaviour of this method is identical to the
one of the Browser's start()
method.

By default, this option is set to "false", which results in opening the URL within the application (in a plain WebView window).
