Click the Views toolbar button () to see the Currently Open View display or Recently Opened View display in a pop-up window. When you click an item on the pop-up window, the window closes.

To see the Currently Open display when the Recently Open display appears, click the Currently Open>> link.
To see the Recently Opened display when the Currently Open display appears, Click the Recently Opened >> link.

Currently Open display

The Currently Open display contains two links and up to four types of currently open elements, arranged vertically. Select options in the following table to change the content of this display.

Element	Description
Close all	Click the Close All link to access a second pop-up window, from which you can select some or all open forms to close and save.
Preferences	Click the Preferences link to edit the Maximum preference setting that limits the number of concurrently open forms. See Setting Preferences for details on the Edit preferences.
Previous View	Click the Previous View toolbar button or type `CTRL+Left Arrow` to display a previous element in the currently open lists. To avoid presenting possibly stale information, the Previous View operation skips over a work object form or other transactional form if another operator or requestor updated it since you opened it.
Next View	Click the Next View toolbar button or type the keyboard shortcut: `CTRL`+`Right Arrow` to move down to a newer element in the currently open lists. To avoid presenting possibly stale information, the Previous View operation skips over a work object form or other transactional form if another operator or requestor updated it since you opened it.
Home	Click the Home row once to return to the slice display that you last used, or to the home page if you haven't opened a slice. You can return to the Home page, the slice display, or a tool started from the slice display.
List	Click the text link in the List element to redisplay the most recent Explorer list. (The List button does not appear if you have no Explorer list.)
Wizards	Each list item identifies an in-process wizard (for those supported by a flow). Click the text link to return to the corresponding wizard, resuming the flow at the assignment or task most recently presented.
Forms	Open forms for rule instances and data instances appear at the bottom of this display, listed alphabetically by common name. Hold the mouse pointer over a name to display a ToolTip with more details about the corresponding rule or data instance. Click a name to present that open form in the workspace.

Recently Opened display

The Recently Opened display is a pop-up window that provides quick access to those rules or data instances recently opened. Rules you deleted or recently checked in do not appear.

Select options in the following table to control the Recently Opened display:

Element	Description
Clear all	Click the Clear all link to clear all elements of this display.
Preferences	Click the Preferences link to edit the Maximum preference setting (in the Views group) that limits the number of forms saved in the Recently Opened display.
Forms	A list of recently opened rule instances and data instances appear at the bottom of this display, organized alphabetically by common name. Hold the mouse pointer over a name to display a ToolTip with more details about the corresponding rule or data instance. Click a name to present that open form in the workspace.

Notes

Using the Next View () and Previous View () toolbar buttons, you can navigate through the Currently Open items whether or not the display is visible.

These buttons access open forms in this order:

When you first open a rule or data instance, it appears as the first item in the Currently Open items list.
When you update an open form, it becomes the first item in the list.
Using the Previous View or Next View buttons does not alter the order of open items.

The Views, Previous View and Next View toolbar buttons appear on the toolbar for developers with the @baseclass.ToolbarFull privilege.
