Completing the Access tab

Optionally, identify an access group to be available to users in this organization. As a user or other requestor belonging to this organization signs on, RuleSets and versions in the application rules of that access group are added to the user's RuleSet list.

Field	Description
Define this Organization Using	Select an Application-based Access Group. The choice an Explicit RuleSet list remains available for Organization data instances created in Version 4 systems. However, this approach is deprecated for new development.
Application
Access Group	Identify an access group that contains one or more access roles. The RuleSets and versions identified in the application rule (or rules) referenced in this access group become visible to rule resolution for all requestors belonging to this organization.

Results

To review your RuleSet list:

• From the Developer portal, click the link containing your name at the top of in the navigation panel, or select View > My Profile.
• From a WorkManager portal, click the Dashboard bar, and then click the link containing your name at the top of the navigation panel.
