Division data instances

The installation process creates a single division named [email protected]. During installation, the installer can use the External Setup wizard to create an additional division data instance for experimentation and learning.
The system offers a three-level organization structure. The top level is known as the organization; this middle level as divisions, and the lowest level as organization units.
Division data instances created before
V4.2 SP2 do not reference access groups based on
application rules. This approach remains supported but
deprecated, as it may lead to many distinct RuleSet lists
across the user community, not all intended, and adversely
affect caching and performance.
For guided assistance in converting access groups based on a list of RuleSets and Versions to access groups based on application rules, select Tools > Convert Operator to Rule-Application.
