About Dynamic System Setting data instances

A Dynamic System Settings data instance has two key parts:

Owning RuleSet A RuleSet associated with this setting. For example, the Pega-ProCom agent maintains instances that contain Pega-ProCom as an Owning RuleSet value.
Key String An arbitrary name distinguishing Dynamic System Settings data instances associated with one Owning RuleSet.
