A work group has a single key part, the work group name. Use either approach to create a new work group:
) on the toolbar. Select
the Organization category. Select Work Group as the Type.Enter a work group name.

Enter a name that identifies this work group. Begin the name with a letter, and use only numbers, letters, ampersands, period characters and the @ character in the name. A work group name may be up to 64 characters long. By convention, work group names end in an organization name, such as sales-team@myorg.com. |
