Spellchecker Property data instances - Completing the New or Save As form

A SpellChecker Properties data instance has a single key part, the Locale:

Field	Description
Type	Select `SpellChecker Properties` from the `SysAdmin` category.
Locale	Enter a two-character or five-character locale name, in the form ZZ or ZZ-yy. At runtime, the name must match a locale that is set in the user's Internet Explorer session.
