A paragraph is a rule of the Rule-HTML-Paragraph rule type. A paragraph rule, referenced on a work object form, presents formatted text that can include colors, fonts, styles, and images.
Paragraphs can provide extensive and attractively formatted
instructions. For an example, see the Pega Developer Network
article PRKB-24144 How to include paragraph rules in
section and harness rules.
When users hold the mouse pointer over a paragraph in a work object form, a Smart Info pop-up window can appear, providing additional information in context.
On the Layout tab of a Harness
or Section form (or the Form tab of
a Flow Action form), click the down-arrow () at the right
end of the Controls control group (
) and
select the
icon to a cell to include
a paragraph.
You can include paragraph rules in correspondence rules, using the <pega:include > JSP tag.
