Use these two values to define the limits of a range. For example, you can choose to rate proficiency in a skill on a scale from 1 to 10, or on a narrower scale such as 1 to 3.

Enter a value between 1 and 10 that represents the lowest level of proficiency for this skill. |

Enter a value between 1 and 10 that is not lower than the Low value and represents the highest possible proficiency level for this skill. |
