Model rules
Completing the New or Save As form

A model rule has two key parts:

Field	Description
Type	Select `Model` from the `Technical` category.
Applies To	Select a class that this model applies to. The classes you can enter here may depend on the RuleSet you select. On the Restrictions tab of the Class form, a class rule may limit rules applying to that class to belong to one of an explicit list of RuleSets.
Model Name	Enter a name that is an identifier. Begin the name with a letter, and use only letters, digits, and the dash character. See How to enter identifiers. A conventional name for the first or simplest model in a class is `pyDefault`. This name is not reserved and has no special significance.

Rule resolution

Full rule resolution applies to map value rules. When searching for map value rules, the system:

Filters candidate rules based on a requestor's RuleSet list of RuleSets and versions
Searches through ancestor classes in the class hierarchy for candidates when no matching rule is found in the starting class
Finds circumstance-qualified rules that override base rules
Finds time-qualified rules that override base rule
