The Schedule
tab shows two lists: a list of all the test suites on the
system and a list of those that are scheduled to be run.
To create a test suite:
- Click Create Suite. The New Rule instance dialog displays.
- Enter the appropriate information for creating a new test suite. See the
Pega Developer Network article PRKB-25101 Creating a test suite .
To schedule a test suite, complete the following steps:
- Locate the suite you want to run in the list and then
click the calendar button in its Schedule
column. The Schedule Suite window
appears.
- Click the calendar button in the Start field. The Calendar window
appears.
- In the Calendar window, specify the time
you want the suite to run, and then select the date. The
Calendar window closes.
- Choose the repeating pattern that test suite will use. Select
One Time
, Daily
, Weekly
, Monthly
, or Yearly
.
- Back in the Schedule Suite window, click
Schedule. Your request is added to the
list.
By default, the test suite agent activity runs every five
minutes. When your request is due, the agent activity runs your
test suite. When the suite is finished running, the agent
activity sends you an email message with the results.
