About the Property wizard

Complete the Define Properties form to create one or more property rules in one class.

Field

Description

RuleSet

SmartPromptSelect a RuleSet for the new properties.

Version

SmartPromptSelect a version number of the RuleSet for the new properties.

 

ArrayComplete the following fields for each property you want to create. Order is not significant.

Description

Enter a short description that describes the new property.

Name

Enter a name to identify the property. Use names that start with a letter and include only alphanumeric and dash characters. See Entering identifiers.

Mode

SmartPromptSelect a mode for the property. After you create a property rule, you cannot change the mode. You can't create properties of Java Object modes with this wizard.

Type

SmartPromptSelect a type that further defines the mode.

 Finish  

Click  Finish   when you have completed all desired rows and do not want to supply initial values for any Single Value properties. A confirmation form lists the properties created.

Select to review your entries before finalizing. If you want to make changes, select  Back  .

 Cancel  

Select to exit the wizard without saving your entries.
