Step 5: Select Rules to be Changed

This form lists all rules that contain a match with the string you asked to replace. Use this report to confirm that you want to replace the string in these instances.

When many rules are selected, this report is paged. Use the Previous and Next links below the Export to Excel button — not the Next>> button or <<Back button — to review other pages.

Page through the listing and review the Value column to see the item that will be changed. Select the check box next to each instance that you want to replace, or select the check box at the top of the Rule Type column to select all the instances. You must display each page and select the instances that you want to include. Only selected instances will be changed.

To review these rules outside the wizard, click  Export To Excel  to create a spreadsheet of the currently displayed page or Export All To Excel  to create a spreadsheet of the entire report.

When you are satisfied with the selection, click  Next>> to begin the replacement operation. This action updates the selected rules and may require minutes or longer to complete, depending on the number of affected rules.

Click <<Back to return to a previous step. Click  Cancel and then click Done to exit the wizard.
