The action section in a work object form is where the user selects the action to take on the current work object. The action section can display its choices in three ways: as a dropdown menu, with the most likely option emphasized, or as a set of buttons. The action options that appear reflect the flow actions that exit from the current assignment shape in the Visio diagram of the workflow. The action with the highest likelihood appears as the default option.
