Timeliness reporting compares the elapsed time needed to
complete of assignments with the goals and deadlines defined in service
level rules. An assignment not completed by the deadline time is
described as untimely. On the worklist display, untimely
assignments are highlighted with a yellow or red clock icon ().
Managers can access reports on timeliness from the Monitor Activity workspace.
