Atlas - Initial Class Groups

When first installed, Process Commander contains these class groups:

Class Group	Description
History-PegaSample	Not used. ????
PegaAccel	Supports the Application Accelerator. `R-10012`
PegaAccel-Tasks	Supports internal tools.
PegaForecaster	Supports the Work Management sample application, available through the PegaForecaster RuleSet.
PegaSample	Supports the PegaSample sample application.
Work-ProjectManagement	Supports the Project Explorer
Work-RuleCheckin	Supports the rule management facility. `B-13312`

You need not use these class groups, but don't delete them.
