Completing the Mapping tab

Complete this tab only if the Authentication Service identifies a directory server. Use this tab to specify the naming attributes in the directory server that correspond to Operator ID properties. Include mappings for at least these three properties:

• pyOrganization
• pyOrgDivision
• pyOrgUnit

Process Commander uses the values provided for these properties to locate a model user, the template it uses to create new Operator IDs for authenticated users. See More about Authentication Services.

Field	Description
Attribute Mappings	The order of rows in this section is not significant.
Attribute Name	Optional. Identify the user attribute in the directory server: o, ou, and sn, for example.
Property Name	Select the Operator ID property that the directory server attribute maps to: .pyOrganization, for example. You can map to a Single Value or Value List property that holds a text string.
