Purpose

Remote System data instances support a Federated Case Management IAC network to provide information about the remote system to the control system.

Where referenced

Remote System data instances are referenced on the Remote Case Configuration tab of remote case type rules located on the control system.

Access

In the Technical category, use the Rules Explorer to review or create Remote System data instances.

Class

The Data-Admin-RemoteSystem class holds Remote System data instances. This class is part of the Technical category.

IAC Configuration

Before creating instances, install the Gateway Configuration Console web application, which supports the deployment of an IAC system.
