Operator Profile display

The profile of a requestor session is a collection of facts and values about the operator and the requestor. Many are derived from the Operator ID instance and other data instances.

Access

To display your profile in the Designer Studio, select Profile or from the profile menu (accessed from the down-arrow at the right of your name in the header, or type the equivalent keyboard shortcut CTRL + O (the letter O).

From the Case Manager, CaseWorker, WorkManager or Manager portal, click the link containing your name at the top of the navigation panel to display your profile.

From the profile display, you can:

• Change your password
• Change your availability, recording vacations or other planned absences

	access group, access role, application RuleSets, authentication, available user, organization, RuleSet list, skill, work group, work manager
