Help: Using the Search/Replace a String wizard — Step 2: Are Classes or RuleSets Affected

If the string to be replaced is not found in a class or RuleSet name, this page displays the string that was searched for the proposed new string value, the number of records searched, the number of those records that have at least one occurrence of the string, and the total number of occurrences of the string.

If the string to be replaced forms part of class or RuleSet names, lists of the classes and/or RuleSets that would be modified appear on this page. You may continue with the string replacement, but you should first:

• Rename any classes listed, using the Rename a Class wizard
• Rename any RuleSets listed on this form, using the RuleSet Maintenance wizard

These wizards provide more complete information and safeguards to protect your system while renaming. To follow this advice:

1. Click Cancel on this form.
2. Complete the renaming of classes or RuleSets in the appropriate wizard.
3. Run this wizard again to complete the string replacement.

Click <<Back to return to a previous step. Click  Cancel and then click Done to exit the wizard.
