The Access landing page launches the Report Browser. Access it by selecting the > Reporting > Access menu item.
Report Browser
The Report Browser provides a display of reports available to you based on report definitions, and may also display List View and Summary View reports. The Report Browser lets you:
- Browse and search for existing reports available to you.
- Select and run reports, displaying the results in the Report Viewer.
- Create new reports and modify copies of existing reports.
- Share report shortcuts with colleagues, and use shortcuts they provide.
- Re-organize reports within categories you define.
- Schedule reports to run at a specific time, or to repeat on a stated schedule.
- Subscribe to receive the results of scheduled reports.
The system populates the Report Browser with a wide range of standard reports.
When you select a report in the Report Browser, it displays in the Report Viewer in a separate window. The Report Viewer lets you:
- See report details in spreadsheet form.
- Edit the report using the Report Editor.
- Export reports to spreadsheets or as PDF files.
